Our terms

All projects will include a proposal which you the customer will retain a copy of, a proposal will is written by us outlining the project that is agreed on a one to one or online meeting.

The project will outline the services to be undertaken by us, the information given and price agreed.

We ask that a deposit of 20% which counts towards the total amount for the project first be paid before any work is undertaken by us. A invoice will be sent out once a proposal is agreed.

After a one to one meeting or onlince meeting has been undertaken we will send the following to your address that was given when contacted. We agree to send a signed copy of the following.
· Invoice of deposit
· Proposal
· Our information pack

Once work has been achieved we agree to send the following.
· Final Invoice (Total amount excl. deposit)
· Final proposal
· Timesheet (outlining the time and work undertaken)
· Performance Questionaire (Optional to fill out, comes with SAE)
· Any files, proofs and cds, dvds part of a purchase

All design work is first to be approved by you the customer before printing or publishing.

Our Search engine optimisation package. This will allow you to take control and manage your site marketing / SEO. Below are some of the features included within our system. By allowing you to take control of your site SEO you can be assured correct keywords etc. are used and the correct amount of time is spent on SEO for your website.
